Abstract:

The problem of search for an integral criterion of the firm’s performance estimation has been considered in the article. The model of internal value of business has been proved to be such a criterion in the information-oriented society. The formula for calculating the indicator “internal value of business” has been worked out.

В статье рассматривается проблема поиска интегрального критерия оценки деятельности фирмы. Доказывается, что таким критерием в информационном обществе должна быть модель внутренней стоимости бизнеса. Выводится формула расчета показателя “внутренняя стоимость бизнеса”.
