Abstract:

The article is sanctified to research of legal aspect of forming and use of innovative development business sourcing, selection of directions of state support of innovative activity activation of business entities. Maintenance of methods and instruments of government adjusting of innovative activity is exposed, taking into account foreign experience.

Статтю присвячено дослідженню правового аспекту формування та використання джерел фінансування інноваційного розвитку суб’єктів підприємництва, виокремлення напрямів державної підтримки активізації інноваційної діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва. Розкрито зміст методів та інструментів державного регулювання інноваційної діяльності, враховуючи зарубіжний досвід.
