Abstract:

Regulation of legal relations in the sphere of inheritance under the legislation systems of two countries which have common legal history – Russia and Ukraine – has been considered. The Russian and Ukrainian systems regarding inheritance of legal relations, which are regulated by legal systems of two countries, have been studied.

Рассмотрено регулирование правоотношений в области наследования по закону законодательными системами двух стран, имеющих общую правовую историю – России и Украины. Проведено исследование системы России и Украины в наследственных правоотношениях, регулируемых правовыми системами двух государств.
