Abstract:

The main problematic issues have been considered and on the example PLC “Novokrkamatorsky Machine Building Plant” the possibilities of creating intrafirm information infrastructures, meeting the requirements of present day strategic management have been shown.

Рассмотрены проблемы и на примере ЗАО “НКМЗ” показаны возможности создания внутрифирменной информационной инфраструктуры, адекватной требованиям современного стратегического управления.
