Abstract:

The role of accounting in protecting interests of the founders of business entities has been shown. The direction taken on avoiding losses of founders’ assets has been determined.

Показана роль бухгалтерского учета в защите интересов учредителей хозяйственных обществ. Определено направления избегания потерь имущества учредителей.
