Abstract:

Concluding a contract – is an important event in current business activity. Special emphasis is put on the relationships with controlling and consulting firms, which require a detailed concordance of the process of rendering services, payment for these services, responsibility division. Basic directions of negotiating techniques while concluding a contract with auditing firm have been outlined.

Заключение договора – важное событие повседневной хозяйственной деятельности. Особенную роль отыгрывают отношения с контролирующе-консультационными фирмами, требующие детального согласования процесса предоставления услуг, расчетов за них, распределения ответственности. Раскрыты основные направления переговор при заключении договора с аудиторской фирмой.
