Abstract:

All compensations that must be accrued and paid out to employees when they are fired from enterprise that went bankrupt have been determined. Amendments to current legislation which enable to increase the level of social security of such employees have been suggested.

Визначено всі виплати, що необхідно нараховувати та сплачувати при звільненні працівника підприємства-банкрута. Запропоновано зміни до чинного законодавства, що дозволять підвищити рівень соціальної захищеності таких працівників.
