Abstract:

Legislative bases and mechanism of realization of factoring operations are examined in the article. Development of internal and international factoring is investigated for period from 2002 to 2008. Advantages and problems of factoring development are analysed in Ukraine, suggestions are formulated on their removal. Suggestions are grounded on the use of factoring in foreign trade.

У статті розглядаються законодавчі основи і механізм здійснення факторингових операцій. Досліджується розвиток внутрішнього і міжнародного факторингу за період з 2002 по 2008 рр. Аналізуються переваги і проблеми розвитку факторингу в Україні, формулюються пропозиції по їх усуненню. Обгрунтовуються пропозиції по використанню факторингу в зовнішній торгівлі.
