Abstract:

Peculiarities and factors of implementing structural transformation, technical rearmament and Russian economy modernization in present-day conditions on the basis of analysis and study of positive foreign and national experience of reproduction structures modernization have been detected.

В статье выявляются особенности и факторы осуществления структурной перестройки, технического перевооружения и модернизации российской экономики в современных условиях на основе анализа и изучения позитивного зарубежного и отечественного опыта модернизации воспроизводственных структур.
