Abstract:

The author emphasis the dominating role of control in the enterprise’s functioning process; absence of control is the main reason of an enterprise’s bankruptcy. More over the author grounds the necessity of control in the enterprise’s sanitation process.

В статье автор подчеркивает доминирующую роль контроля в процессе функционирования предприятия, отсутствие которого является основной причиной банкротства предприятия. Также автор обосновывает необходимость присутствия контроля в процессе экономического оздоровления предприятия.
