Abstract:

The tendencies of investment funds’ activity at the corporate bonds market have been disclosed. Social economic prerequisites of fast development of investment funds’ at the end of XX century as well as the peculiarities of their activity and reasons of their popularity increase among investors have been determined. State and prerequisites of these funds’ functioning development at the corporate bonds market have been determined.

У статті розкрито тенденції діяльності інвестиційних фондів на ринках корпоративних облігацій. Визначено соціально-економічні передумови швидкого розвитку інвестиційних фондів наприкінці ХХ ст., особливості їх діяльності та причини зростання популярності цих фондів серед інвесторів. Визначено стан та передумови розвитку діяльності цих фондів на ринку корпоративних облігацій України.
