Abstract:

It is very difficult to make an important and meaningful decision in the decision-making process without using economic and mathematical models which represent an effective tool in understanding the subject of research. Therefore, it became important to create a successful methodological approach for determining the level of efficiency of innovation activities for machine-building enterprises. The paper determines the importance of selection of factors influencing the efficiency of innovation activity. The content of the evaluation of the innovation activity effectiveness is clarified; it is shown through the study of the state and tendencies in the development of the innovative activity of the enterprise. To create the model criteria and indicators the author defines the integral indicator of the innovation activity effectiveness of the machine-building enterprise. The methods for assessing the economic efficiency of innovation at an enterprise, the indicator of the innovation effectiveness in terms of the stage coverage of the research are considered. The importance of grouping indicators for assessing innovation activities for subsequent and early ones is determined. The methodological approach for determining the efficiency level of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises is proposed.

В процесі прийняття рішень дуже важко прийняти важливе та змістовне рішення без використання економіко-математичних моделей, які у свою чергу являють собою дієвим інструментом в пізнані об’єкта дослідження. Тому стало важливим створення вдалого методичного підходу до визначення рівня ефективності інноваційної діяльності машинобудівних підприємств. Визначена важливість відбору чинників, які впливають на ефективність інноваційної діяльності. З’ясовано зміст оцінки ефективності інноваційної діяльності, який виражається через вивчення стану, тенденцій розвитку інноваційної діяльності підприємства. Для створення моделі, були визначені критерії та показники, які формують інтегральний показник ефективності інноваційної діяльності машинобудівного підприємства. Розглянуто методи оцінки економічної ефективності інновацій на підприємстві, показник ефективності інноваційної діяльності в частині охоплення стадії науково-дослідних робіт. Визначена важливість групування показників для оцінки інноваційної діяльності на наступні та ранні. Запропоновано методологічний підхід до визначення рівня ефективності інноваційної діяльності машинобудівних підприємств.
