Abstract:

Theoretical basics of the operating system at the enterprise are examined, namely the nature and types of operating systems and their development tendencies in Ukraine. The most important subsystems of the operating system are classified as follows: processing, maintaining and management ones. The main causes of discrepancies in modern operating systems at domestic enterprises are determined.The main current factor affecting competitiveness is the quality that is formed primarily in the manufacturing process. The basic approaches to the integrated quality management system and the importance of their functioning at Ukrainian enterprises are determined.The article suggests the ways of improving the management operating system based on the concept of TQM, which provides with corrective actions as a tool for improving quality. It is expected that the enterprise’s development on the basis of the general concept of quality will increase the efficiency of the operating system in general.

Досліджено теоретичні основи управління операційною системою на підприємстві а саме: сутність та види операційних систем, а також їх сучасні тенденції розвитку в України. До найбільш важливих підсистем операційної системи належать такі: переробна, забезпечувальната підсистема управління. Визначено основні причини невідповідностей сучасних систем управління операційної системи на вітчизняних підприємствах. Основним фактором, що наразі впливає на конкурентоспроможність є якість, яка формується в першу чергу у виробничому процесі. Визначено основні підходи до комплексноїсистеми управління якістю, а також важливість їх функціонування на українських підприємствах. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення управління операційною системою, на основі концепції TQM, яка передбачає застосування коригувальних дій як інструменту поліпшення системи якості. Очікується, що розвиток підприємства на основі загальної концепції якості, дозволить підвищити ефективність операційної системи в цілому.
