Abstract: An author offers of principle a new method of estimation of level of quality of labour life of personnel, which takes into account sotsiokulturniy approach. It is based on vision of necessities of man and realization of them in labour from point of christianity, on the basis of which mentality was formed of our peoples, its economic culture.
