Abstract: In the article the processes of transformation of market of services in the conditions of transition of Ukraine to the service economy and adaptation of her to world practice of organization of the integrated service are analyzed; methodical approaches providing creation and realization of stream model of motion of goods and services in a border-line region are considered.
