Abstract: В статті розглянуто проблеми, а також теоретичне і практичне значення розробки системи принципів фінансового планування. Запропоновано систему принципів сценарного фінансового планування на залізничному транспорті, а також критерії ефективності їхнього впровадження.The article deals with the problems, theoretical and practical importance of developing a system of financial planning principles. Are dedicated the system of principles of scenario financial planning in railroads and effectiveness criteria for their implementation.
