Abstract: In the article opens an integral indicator of socio-economic efficiency which assesses the performance of a construction company. The requirements for assessing of effeciency of the company. Provides suggestions for optimizing the activity of a construction company based on values obtained for the integral indicator of the effectiveness of the analytical period.
