Abstract: В данной статье рассматриваются основные экономические задачи администрирование в торговом судоходстве. Даны две группы условий формирования морского транспортного потенциала страны объективная целесообразность и организация управления этим процессом.The article considers the main economic tasks of the administration in the merchant shipping. There are two groups of the formation conditions of the country’s sea transport potential: an objective expediency and organization of the process control.
