Abstract: Стаття присвячена проблемі розробки системи принципів управління формуванням та розвитком професійної компетентності фахівців у вищих навчальних закладах в умовах неперервної освіти. У статті уточнено перелік принципів неперервної освіти фахівців за рахунок їх доповнення принципами інноваційності, пріоритетності та оперативності.The article is devoted the problem of development of the system of principles of management forming and development of professional competence of specialists in higher educational establishments in the conditions of lifelong education. In the article the list of principles of lifelong education of specialists is specified due to their addition principles of innovative, priority and operationability.
