Abstract: У статті досліджуються процеси приватизації та корпоратизації у ході реформування підприємств та організацій галузі залізничного комплексу деяких західних країн та виявлено позитивні та негативні наслідки проведення реформ з метою використання наявного досвіду у процесі здійснення реформування в системі залізничного транспорту України.This article investigates the processes of privatization and corporatization in the reformation process of enterprises and organizations in the railway industry of some Western countries. Investigated and analyzed positive and negative effects of reforms are found in order to use existing experience in the process of reforming the system of railway transport of Ukraine.
