Abstract: У статті обґрунтовано порядок розробки та реалізації стратегії досягнення конкурентних переваг щодо витрат, запропоновано схема формування стратегії досягнення конкурентних переваг щодо витрат.In the article reasonably procedure development and implementation of strategies to achieve competitive advantage on cost, the scheme strategy to achieve competitive advantage on costs are proposed.
