Abstract: У статті розглянуто проблеми розвитку інформаційного потенціалу регіону та доведено необхідність розробки концептуальних підходів для їх вирішення.The theoretical questions of development of informative potention are considered in the article, the algorithm of their development process and classification is resulted. Strategic and local social technologies and their influence are also considered on a social object.
