Management of a population debt receivable at housing and communal services enterprises

Abstract: In article it is opened necessity of carrying out at the enterprises of housing-and-municipal services of a policy of management by a population debt receivable. It is offered actions for stimulation of payment of housing-and-municipal services by the population.
