Abstract: В статті розглядається стан розвитку інноваційних підприємств в Україні. Проаналізовано внутрішні та зовнішні проблеми і загрози для розвитку динамічно зростаючих фірм, підкреслено значимість фірм-газелей для перехідних економік. Розглянуто шляхи розвитку інноваційних фірм на прикладі Харківського експериментального заводу підйомно-транспортного машинобудування.This article discusses the state of development of innovative enterprises in Ukraine. Analyzed the internal and external challenges and threats for the development of fast-growing firms emphasized the importance of firms in transition economies for the gazelles. The ways of the development of innovative firms, as an example of Kharkov pilot plant handling machinery.
