Abstract: Виявлено характер і надано класифікацію результатів діяльності сфери пасажироперевезень: узагальнено зміст базових категорій; розкрито особливості прояву ознак ідентифікації товарів-послуг; за різними критеріями відокремлено складові обслуговування в системі «пасажир – перевізник».Found and are given the nature and classification results of the sphere of passenger transportation: summarized the content of categories; the features showing signs of identification of goods-services; according to different criteria is separated components of the service in the «passenger – carrier».
