Abstract: The article discusses theoretical and practical aspects of the incomes of local budgets in Ukraine. Analyzed the composition of the incomes of local budgets and forms of mobilization of resources to the lowest level of local budgets. The necessity and suggests areas to increase their own revenues of local budgets.
