Abstract: У статті визначено функції учасників державно-приватного партнерства на залізничному транспорті та виявлено ризики, що супроводжують співробітництво держави та приватного сектору у сфері залізничних перевезень.In the article the functions of the participants of public-private partnership on railway transport and identified the risks that accompany the cooperation of the state and the private sector in the field of railway transportation.
