The Ukrainian model of the economic system as a new concept of development of the national economy

Abstract: The article analyzes the main reasons of a prolonged economic crisis in Ukraine, among which are the wrong approach to the implementation of the reforms of the first steps won independence and liberalization of foreign trade, WTO accession, and growth of the external public debt of the country. It is found that the most part of made mistakes, due to the wrong choice of model of development of the national economy. After all, and model of the economic system of the country that was chosen at the beginning of the reforms aimed at the development of Ukrainian statehood without taking into account the national economic interests and the powerful potential of Ukraine. This allows us to offer two functional model of the economic system the model of formation of competitive and high-performance of the Ukrainian economy, which is based on introduction of mechanisms of raising effectiveness of work of two main parts industry industrial production and agriculture and the activities of international transport corridors.
