Abstract: Стаття присвячена проблемі удосконалення процедури формування конкретного набору фінансово – кредитних пільг, гарантованих державою кожному з стратегічних напрямів науково – технічного й інноваційного розвитку країни, та нормування їх величини з урахуванням рейтингу пріоритетності обраних напрямів на основі органічного поєднання евристичних та кількісних методів прийняття рішень.The article is devoted to the problem of improvement of procedure of forming of concrete set financially – the credit privileges, assured by the state to each of strategic directions scientifically – development of country technical and innovative, and setting of norms of their size, taking into account rating of priority of select directions on the basis of organic combination of methods of acceptance of decisions heuristic and quantitative.
