Abstract: Стаття присвячена оцінці вартості підприємства, в ній наведені основні ситуації, відповідно до яких виникає потреба у розрахунку вартості підприємства. Систематизовано основні чинники впливу на вартість підприємства. Запропонована схема зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів впливу на оцінку вартості підприємства.Article is devoted to assessing the value of the enterprise, there are basic situation whereby there is a need to calculate the value of the enterprise. Systematized the main factors influence the cost of the enterprise. The proposed scheme of internal and external factors of valuation.
