Abstract: На сьогодні механізм сек’юритизації фінансових активів продуктивно функціонує у розвинутих країнах світу, перші кроки на шляху його впровадження зробила і Україна. У статті проаналізовані та узагальнені підходи сек’юритизації з метою тлумачення та визначення сутності даного явища.For today the mechanism of securitization of financial assets productively functions in the developed countries of the world, the first steps on the way of his introduction were undertaken by Ukraine. In the articles analysed and generalized approaches of securitization with the aim of interpretation and determination of essence of this phenomenon.
