Abstract: В статті розглянуто проблемні питання щодо формування оптимального за розміром місцевого бюджету як запоруки ефективного здійснення повноважень місцевих органів влади в розрізі вирішення питань соціально-економічного розвитку території шляхом запровадження новітніх підходів до організації процесів бюджетного планування та прогнозування за рахунок правильно обраних методів.In the article the problem issues of creating the optimal largest local budget as the key to effective implementation of local authorities in addressing the socio-economic development of the area through the introduction of new approaches to the process of budget planning and forecasting by properly selected methods.
