The motivation of the labour behaviour of the enterprises of a railway transportation in the conditions of reforming

Abstract: One of the most important issues in terms of reforming the railway transport is the motivation of productive labor, the formation of the economic interest of workers to work. Characterization of changes in society and on the railway transport dictates the necessity of formation of representations about all aspects of the conduct of the personnel, mastering the skills of control people's behaviour, their improvement. In this situation, special importance is the study of the risks and threats posed by the labor behavior of employees, because in some studies it is considered that the staff of the organization is the weakest link in the overall system of economic security of the enterprise. In line with this, be aware that the labor behavior, its characteristics are displayed through the personnel security (danger). Therefore a promising is the improvement of motivational mechanism, based on an assessment of risks and threats of labor behavior, development of the program of improvement of labour conduct, with the participation of workers and distribution of the incentive Fund, depending on the scheduled jobs program.
