Abstract: Стаття присвячена удосконаленню управління інноваційною діяльністю на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, визначено роль адаптивного управління в забезпеченні інноваційних процесів залізничної галузі та розкрито його сутність.The article is devoted to the improvement of management by innovative activity on the enterprises of railway transport, the role of adaptive control is definite in providing of innovative processes of railway industry and exposed his essence.
