Formation management mechanism functioning of integrated business structural Engineering enterprises

Abstract: Creation of the effective mechanism of control of the operation of the integrated business structure of the enterprises of mechanical engineering ensures maximization of profit in all of its activities, sustainable performance and increasing its security under changing external conditions. Management of integrated business structure involves the development and use of the mechanism of control for ensuring the process of the normal functioning of production and sales of finished products with regard to the rational use of material, labor and financial resources and comparison of the results of economic activity of the cost. The mechanism of control of the operation determines the order of interaction of integrated enterprises between themselves and the management body, in the process of formation of organizational-administrative, industrial-technological and financial-economic relations of the United farms and enterprises. Creation of the mechanism of management of integrated business structure should be based on the fundamental methodological principles, which can be summarized as follows: the principle of free entry and exit of participants from the structure; the principle of adaptability; the principle stages; the principle of integrity; the principle of support and assistance; the principle of allocation of the leading link» the head of the enterprise; the principle of compliance of all participants of legislative and other regulatory legal acts; the principle of the economic interest of each company. Analyzed the economic literature is possible to allocate the basic methods of control-integrated structure, which include: strategic planning; financial control; strategic control
