Abstract: З метою визначення ролі контролінгу в системі управління підприємствами залізничного транспорту проведено аналіз поняття «контролінг» та основних його відмінностей від управління, контролю та управлінського обліку.For the purpose of definition of a role of controlling in a control system of the enterprises of railway transport the analysis of the concept "controlling" and its main distinctive features from management, control and management accounting is carried out.
