Abstract: У статті розкрито сутність та основні підходи адаптації систем розвитку персоналу портових підприємств до сучасних умов. Обґрунтовано доцільність та особливості процесу формування мотиваційного поля портових підприємств. Дана характеристика зовнішньої та внутрішньої складових мотиваційного поля портових підприємств.The essence and basic approaches of adaptation of the systems of personnel development of port enterprises to the modern terms are investigated. The effectiveness and features of the process of motivation field sea ports are offered. The characteristic external and internal components of the motivational field seaports is defined.
