Information and communication support of the introduction of operative controlling in banks

Abstract: The article deals with development of scientific bases of information and communication support of correlation between the operative controlling in a bank and the effectiveness of management decisions. The article justifies the reasonability of establishment a separate independent unit to enhance the effectiveness of operative controlling in a bank.
