Abstract: У статті розглянута основна класифікація резервів підвищення якості трудового потенціалу промислового підприємства, проведена оцінка резервів по кожній з функцій управління та по якісним складовим трудового потенціалу, встановлено основні резерви підвищення якості трудового потенціалу промислового підприємства.The article discusses the basic classification of reserves to improve the quality of labor potential of the industrial enterprise, an assessment of reserves for each of the management functions and components of quality of labor capacity, established the basic resources needed to increase the quality of labor potential of industrial enterprises.
