The main point and role of innovation logistic aproaches in increasing of passenger service efficiency

Abstract: Modern innovation approaches in management and organization of passenger service, such as process approach and reengineering, indicating that combination of these innovation approaches in information logistic service makes possible to reduce of technological expenses, increase quantity and quality of additional information-service services at the all stages of passenger service, and as a result, considerably improving quality, competitiveness and effectiveness of passenger service. In the article innovation logistic considers as adoption of logistic information service of passenger operations on the base of reengineering and process approach.
