Abstract: В статті розглядається, які саме українські компанії можуть розраховувати на залучення інвестицій шляхом проведення первинного публічного розміщення акцій на іноземних фондових біржах та які перспективи їх очікують.The types of the Ukrainian companies that can use initial public offering as the method of gaining additional capital and their perspectives are observed in suggested article.
