Abstract:
Methodical bases of forming the motor transport enterprises’ propositions, which provide sequential performing the following actions: estimation the enterprise’s facilities by means of comparison the actual factors of it’s activity with the consumers’ requirements, well-founded decision making about developing new services or improvement the existing ones, realization the selected processes, checking the new service’s compliance with the requirements and estimation the level of consumers’ satisfaction have been developed.
