Abstract: Categories of preferential railway transportation and their influence on unprofitableness of passenger transportations are considered in the article. The complex of actions for carrying out of structural changes in the account and their indemnification, for the purpose of reduction of unpofitableness of the railways from preferential transportations has feen developed.
