Abstract: The article is based model depending manageable resource potential and organizational development of enterprise engineering Adjusted net income changes. Determined that the dependence manageable resource potential and organizational development of enterprise engineering changes Adjusted net income is pretty close. It is concluded that the use of correlation and regression model will allow engineering firms in the presence of net income (loss ) to make the current forecast level manageable resource potential and organizational development of enterprises, and better manage net profit. The main task of correlation and regression techniques to analyze the statistical data to identify the mathematical relationship between the studied traits and setting by using the correlation coefficient comparative evaluation of density relationship. It is noted that for the conducted correlation regression analysis we can say that the level of resource potential controllable and organizational development engineering enterprises is influenced by various factors. It was established that all the factors that affect the system and determine its behavior, are in the relationship and interdependence. Quantification of interrelated phenomena by using factor and performance indicators.
