Bases of non-material motivation on railway transport

Abstract: Explored essence to motivations of the labour on enterprise of the rail-freight traffic and is analysed motives and stimuluses, which are found in its base. The Formed direction of the improvement non-material motivations workman enterprise of the rail-freight traffic that in condition of the crisis phenomenas assists increasing to efficiency to activity to branches.
