Abstract: Запропоновано логіко-семантичну, структурно-функціональну та причинно-наслідкову моделі врівноваження соціально-економічних зв’язків в сфері пасажироперевезень.The article suggested that the creation of the Department of coordination and optimization of the use of track machines to optimize its distribution during carrying out of works directed on maintenance, repair and modernization of the domestic rail network in the modern conditions of development of the railway transport.
