Abstract: У статті розглянуто проблемні питання реформування системи організації вантажних залізничних превезень та використання вантажного рухомого складу «Укрзалізниці» в сучасних умовах, вивчено досвід закордонних країн в цьому напрямку, надано рекомендації щодо уникнення передумов до нанесення економічної шкоди галузі в ході впровадження нового механізму використання вантажного рухомого складу.The article considers the issues of reforming the system of freight rail prevezen and use of freight rolling stock "UZ" in modern terms, studied the experience of foreign countries in this direction, and recommendations for the elimination of conditions causing economic damage to industry in the implementation of a new mechanism of freight rolling stock
