Abstract: Систематизированы условия формирования кумулятивного эффекта развития национального торгового флота. Установлены направления стойкого выхода национальных судовладельцев в систему мирового фрахтового рынка. Рассмотрены источники адекватной реакции морской транспортной системы на параметры глобального рынка морской торговли.Systematized formation conditions of the cumulative effect of natsіonal merchant fleet.
