Abstract: В статті отримала подальший розвиток існуюча методика діагностики інноваційного потенціалу підприємства, яка базується на бальній оцінці його інноваційних можливостей (виробничих, кадрових, науково-технічних, маркетингових, організаційних та фінансових) з урахуванням їхньої значущості; удосконалена система оцінних параметрів з урахуванням специфіки діяльності локомотивного депо.In the article the Technique of an estimation of enterprise”s innovative potential has received the further development; It based on estimation of its innovative opportunities (industrial, personnel, scientific and technical, marketing, organizational and financial) in view of their importance; the system of estimated parameters is advanced in view of specificity of locomotive depot activity.
