Abstract: Реалії сучасної економіки України акцентують увагу науковців і практиків на необхідності ефективного управління підприємством. Стаття призначена дослідженню основних напрямів вдосконалення роботи торговельних підприємств, зокрема, запропоновано комплекс внутрішньо-організаційних заходів.Realities of modern economy of Ukraine accent attention of research workers and practical workers on the necessity of effective management an enterprises. The article is appointed research of basic directions of perfection of work of point-of-sale enterprises, the complex of measures is offered on perfection inwardly organizational structures of management point-of-sale enterprises. Practical use of complex intra organizational activities will enable to develop new markets for company, generate optimal system of pricing, enhance customer satisfaction, effectively position products and services of small business enterprises, and improve performance and personnel responsibilities.
